The 2008 International Bowl will again match two of the top conferences in NCAA Division I Football as the Big East Conference - represented by the Rutgers Scarlet Knights - and the Mid-American Conference – represented by the Ball State Cardinals - collide in Toronto. This year the Mid-American Conference will be the Home Team with seating located on the East side. The Big East will be the Away Team with seating located on the West side.
